n99yg Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and n99yg. By visiting n99yg, opening an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion, placing a casino wager or submitting a sports bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions together with the applicable Privacy Policy and responsible gambling rules.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must not register with or continue using n99yg. Access to n99yg does not constitute an invitation to gamble in a place where online gambling is prohibited. You are responsible for checking the laws and requirements that apply to you before participating.

2. Definitions

3. Account Eligibility

You may register only if you are 21 years of age or older, have full legal capacity, are acting on your own behalf and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the rules applicable at your location. n99yg may request proof of age, identity, address, source of funds or payment ownership before allowing continued use.

Only one n99yg account is permitted per person, household, device, payment instrument or shared network unless n99yg provides prior written approval. Duplicate or linked accounts may be suspended while n99yg investigates their ownership and activity. Employees, contractors and persons directly connected with platform suppliers may be restricted from specified games or promotions where participation could create a conflict.

4. Registration and Account Security

All registration information supplied to n99yg must be truthful, current and complete. Your registered name must match your identity documents and, where required, the holder name of the bank account, card or e-wallet used for payments. You must promptly update n99yg if your details change.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, verification codes and device access. You must not share, sell, transfer or permit another person to use your n99yg account. Notify n99yg support immediately if you suspect unauthorised activity. n99yg may temporarily lock an account where doing so is reasonably necessary to protect funds, verify ownership or investigate unusual activity.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a payment method that you are authorised to use. n99yg may accept MYR transactions through Malaysian banking and e-wallet channels, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Available options, minimum deposits and transaction limits may differ by account and may change according to provider availability.

n99yg does not provide credit. Deposited funds must be used only for legitimate play and cannot be treated as a money-transfer facility. A deposit may be delayed, declined or returned if the payment information cannot be verified, a third-party payment instrument is used, a provider reports a reversal, or legal and security checks are incomplete.

Payment providers may impose their own processing conditions or fees. Where n99yg applies a platform charge, the amount will be disclosed before the relevant transaction is confirmed. Exchange rates may apply when a transaction originates outside MYR.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Rewards

Every n99yg bonus is governed by these Terms & Conditions and by the specific rules displayed for that promotion. Those rules may include a minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, game weighting, maximum stake, expiry period, withdrawal cap and eligibility restriction. You should review the complete offer before accepting it.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one claim per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. They must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable funds. Bets that are void, refunded, cashed out or placed on excluded markets may not contribute towards wagering.

n99yg may withhold a bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of coordinated betting, opposite-side betting, low-risk wagering intended solely to clear a bonus, duplicate accounts or manipulation of promotional mechanics. Genuine play is not affected by this clause.

7. Casino Games and Sports Betting

7.1 Casino Play

Casino results are determined by the relevant game system, certified random-number generator or live game provider. The result recorded by n99yg and its provider is final unless a clear technical error is established. Published RTP figures describe long-term statistical performance and do not guarantee a return during any individual session.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and live football wagers, are accepted only after confirmation appears in the n99yg account history. Odds may change before acceptance. Settlement follows the official result and the market rules displayed by n99yg. Postponed, abandoned, cancelled or incorrectly listed events may be voided according to those market rules.

7.3 Obvious Errors

n99yg may correct or void a transaction affected by an obvious pricing, settlement or system error. Where reasonably possible, the account will be restored to the position that would have applied had the error not occurred. n99yg will not use this provision to cancel a valid wager merely because its outcome was unfavourable to the platform.

8. Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient withdrawable balance, completed wagering obligations, payment ownership checks and identity verification. n99yg may request identification documents, proof of address, evidence of payment ownership or information concerning source of funds. Documents must be genuine, legible and unaltered.

Whenever practical, n99yg will return funds through the same payment channel used to deposit. Alternative routing may be required where an e-wallet, bank or provider does not support withdrawals. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, FPX participants, DuitNow services and e-wallet providers may conduct additional checks.

A withdrawal may be paused while n99yg investigates a chargeback, duplicate account, disputed transaction, incomplete KYC review or suspected breach of these terms. Any undisputed balance will be handled fairly after the review is completed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use n99yg to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false details, using another person's identity or accessing another user's n99yg account.
• Using stolen funds, third-party payment methods, fraudulent transactions or proceeds connected with unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating a game, exploiting a software fault or using automated wagering tools without written permission.
• Attempting to disrupt n99yg systems, bypass security controls, scrape protected content or reverse-engineer platform software.
• Abusing promotions, creating duplicate accounts, coordinating bets or concealing links between accounts.
• Threatening staff, submitting unlawful material or using n99yg for commercial resale or unauthorised advertising.

Where n99yg reasonably identifies prohibited conduct, it may restrict access, suspend an account, void affected bets or bonuses, and retain relevant records while an investigation is conducted. Funds that are not connected with a breach will be treated in accordance with applicable requirements.

10. Responsible Gambling

n99yg supports gambling as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. You are responsible for setting a personal budget, monitoring your activity and never wagering money needed for rent, bills, food, education or family commitments. Chasing losses does not improve the chance of recovery.

Eligible users may request deposit limits, session controls, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Users should raise disputes promptly so that logs and supporting information remain available.

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the governing framework applicable to the n99yg operator and the mandatory consumer protections that apply to the user. If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect.

14. Suspension, Closure and Changes
